Returning Users with Existing Gateway/Equipment

If you already added a gateway to the system and are adding another, follow the steps below:

  1. On the menu bar, click on Equipment.
  2. Select Gateways from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on Add a Gateway.
  4. Next, you will see a blank field entitled Gateway serial number and a Search for Gateway button on the screen. Press on the top of your gateway once so that it flashes green.
  5. When the gateway flashes green, click on the Search for Gateway button on the screen. Your device serial number should automatically populate in the serial field.
    1. Note:  You have two (2) minutes between pressing the gateway button and clicking Search for Gateway before the device times out.
  6. Once the gateway serial number automatically populates in the field, continue filling in the following information:
    1. Select your Country from the dropdown menu.
    2. Select your Timezone from the dropdown menu.
    3. Enter your Address, City, State, Zip in the fields.
    4. Enter a name for your device.
    5. Note 1: You have two (2) minutes to complete all of the fields before the universal gateway times out.
    6. Note 2: If you time out, press once on the top of your gateway so it flashes green, then click on the Search for Gateway button. Once the numbers automatically populate in the field, click on the Activate my Gateway button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Click on Activate My Gateway.
