Manfred Schmidt – President
As a co-founder of HeatLink, Manfred's experience in the heating and plumbing industry extends over 35 years. He started training and working in the HVAC segment, initially to support his dream of becoming a pilot. He received his initial HVAC training and diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. However, his exposure to European hydronic floor heating in the 1980s piqued his interest, and eventually developed into a passion. He was able to specialize in this area through his family's business, and then took it one step further with the founding of HeatLink. His enthusiasm helped foster the development and expansion of floor heating technology in North America, providing him with the opportunity to do hundreds of training seminars in numerous cities, towns and villages across Canada and the USA.  He expanded HeatLink to several other countries, including Ireland, China and Mexico. He has been on numerous CIPH (Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating) committees, and is currently on the board of the CHC (Canadian Hydronics Council). His passion for flying never diminished, and he has completed his private pilot license, and commercial and IFR pilot exams

Wade Peterson – Vice President Sales and Marketing
Wade is an integral part of the senior management group contributing to business strategy, corporate vision, product development, company expansion and overall growth. Mr. Peterson is a professional and very experienced senior executive with a wealth of experience in the radiant heating and plumbing industry. His prior experience includes senior management roles at Uponor including; Vice President, Sales and Marketing for North America, and President of Uponor Canada, as well as Region Manager for an independent Wholesaler. He is a Professional Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan, and is a past National board member of the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating.

Jeff Grassy – Regional Sales Manager Midwest & Southwest USA
Jeff has over 16 years of experience in all facets of the plumbing and HVAC industries. Jeff is a long term member of the HeatLink team and has an extensive understanding of systems design for plumbing, snowmelt and radiant heating based on several years working in HeatLink’s design department. His industry education at HeatLink includes almost a decade spent working in a variety of roles including tech support, training, customer service, and as purchasing manager
Jeff’s intimate knowledge of HeatLink’s products and systems combined with broad industry experience provides an excellent resource for clients in designing and installing plumbing and hydronic heating systems.

Andrew Morrow – Product Manager
Andrew (Andy) Morrow is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in product development, HVAC, controls and renewable energy sectors, working in a variety of firms from Mechanical Contractors to Consulting Engineers.  Andy has over 15 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry and graduated with a Building Services Engineering degree (mechanical and electrical) from the University of Ulster in Belfast, UK.
