How Do I Connect My Thermostat?
If you are adding a thermostat as a first-time user, prepare your equipment and skip to Step #3, “Scan for Equipment.”
If the thermostat is already in your list of available equipment, skip to “Thermostat Setup”.
- Click on Equipment on the menu bar.
- Select Add New Equipment.
- Review the steps next to the orange Scan for equipment button and your User Manual to make sure the thermostat is ready for connecting.
- Once your thermostat is ready, click Scan for equipment.
- As the thermostat is detected and associated with the gateway, it will appear on the screen.
Thermostat Setup:
- Find the thermostat to be connected from the list of available equipment.
- Check the box next to the thermostat.
- Click Connect Equipment.
- Name the thermostat.
- Click Next.
- You now have two choices:
- Click Finished. You are then redirected to either the "Let's set up your equipment page" (if more equipment is waiting to be set up) or the Dashboard.
- Click your thermostat name. You will be offered an opportunity to:
- Add preset OneTouch rules and;
- Pin the thermostat to the Dashboard.
- 7. Click Complete Setup. A success message will appear confirming set-up is complete.
- 8. Click Finished.
