Return Procedure

RMA Procedure:

1. Fill in the online RMA Request Form (download PDF version).
   Please make a separate request for each purchase order or invoice.
2. Fax it to:

   or email to:
   [email protected]
3. You will be contacted with an RMA#. Include a copy of the RMA with the product.
4. Return the product by freight prepaid shipment to the HeatLink office indicated by the RMA.
   Please mark the RMA# on the outside shipping packaging.
   Do not mark the RMA# on the product packaging or credit will be denied.
   Shipments without the RMA# clearly marked on the outside packaging will be refused.

Product is returnable for a 25% restocking fee under the following conditions:

• Purchased within 12 months of return date, referencing original purchase order number
• Active inventory in current catalog (WSL, CLR, CD, OBS components excluded)
• Remains in the original, unmarked, unopened packaging
• New, clean, and re-saleable condition
• Returned prepaid to HeatLink within 14 days of RMA issuance

Notes:

1. If the product received is unsatisfactory, or deemed otherwise unsaleable, it will be disposed of or returned at the returnee’s discretion & cost.
2. Any exceptions to the above criteria requires Sr. Management approval.
