What Should I Do If the Gateway Does Not Connect?

Troubleshooting: Resolving Error Messages

If you receive one of the following error messages during the universal gateway activation process, follow these steps to successfully activate it:

Error Message Steps

Gateway not found. Please try button on gateway and click refresh search button again.

 

Press on the top of the universal gateway once. The LED should return to a solid blue color.

Now click on the Search for Gateway button on the screen to try again.

If the universal gateway serial number still does not populate, press on top of the device once so that it flashes green.

Now click on the Search for Gateway button.

Registration window has expired. Please press button on gateway again.

 

Press on top of the universal gateway once. The LED should return to solid blue. Click on the Search for Gateway button immediately.

Next, click on the Activate my Gateway button to complete the process.

Press on top of the universal gateway once. The LED should return to solid blue. Click on the Search for Gateway button immediately.

Then, click on the Activate my Gateway button to complete the process.
