How Do I Turn the Lock Function On/Off on my Thermostat?

You can turn the thermostat lock function On or Off in both an online and offline system.

To turn the lock On, press the Up and Down arrow keys together for approximately 3 seconds. The Key icon will turn on in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

This will prevent tampering or accidental button presses.

To turn the lock Off, long press the Up and Down arrow keys again. The Key icon will turn off.
