The pre-formed insulating shell is used to resist heat loss or gain by the distribution manifolds. Its internal profile matches the manifold shape allowing for uniform and effective insulation. The shell is made by thermally coupling two layers of different densities together resulting in excellent insulation and functional consistency.

 

Features / Benefits: 
  • Double-sided tape allows them to be attached to the manifold.
  • Can be cut to size.
  • Made of closed cell PEX foam.
  • Low water absorption.
