SSTM - Stainless Steel Manifold Mixing Panels with Small Pump

SSTM Series Panels are distribution panels with their own pump and mixing valve to supply radiant areas that each need a different supply water temperature. Typical applications include radiant heating and snow melting. 

Base components:

• Pre-wired UPS 15-58 pump.
• 3-way rotary diverting valve.
• Top or bottom mains feed available.
• Isolation valves.
• Thermometer.

Housing options:
Visible parts made of satin coated steel are ready to paint without priming. Recessed enclosure depth allows for mounting in a 2×6 wall. One key lock and one or two coin locks.

• 75100 series SS Manifold with Flow Meters.
• 75200 series High Flow SS Manifold. 

# of loops options:
One loop is closed and plugged with manifold caps (#77100) unless all loops in use.

• 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 loops.

Manifold add-ons:

• Pressure activated bypass (#76945).
• Side mount automatic air vent (#76944).

Control options: 

• BMS wiring (sensors by others) with DDC mixing valve motor (#58132).
• Outdoor reset control (#30360) with Floating Action Mixing Valve Motor (#58131) and StatLink® (thermostats²).
• Actuator with LED (#56201) installed on manifold and wired to StatLink®.
• Snow melt control (#30654) with DDC mixing valve motor (#58132).³
• Snow melt control with BACnet (#31680) with Floating Action Mixing Valve Motor (#58131).³

PEX to manifold connecters are sold separately.
