How Do I Delete My Profile?

You can delete your profile at any time. Once you delete your profile, it cannot be undone. The account and its services, including remote equipment management, will be unavailable.

How Do I Delete My Profile?

1. Click your name on the top menu bar.
2. Select My Profile.
3. Click Delete user profile.
4. Click Delete to confirm or Cancel if you change your mind.

When you confirm, your account profile is deleted immediately and the “Welcome to HeatLink” page will appear.
