Question: Have created a folder called Heatlink to store the downloaded files in. After running the setup.xls file, the installation of Design Suite fails and reports that it can not find the required files.
Answer: The installation program will automatically delete all contents that are in the folder named specifically ‘Heatlink’. Save the download in a folder of any name other than ‘HeatLink’. After you have downloaded software to your computer, you need to unzip the file by double clicking the filename. The self-running utility will unzip automatically the necessary files to your hard drive to the local hard drive in a folder named after HLDS. You need to navigate to that folder and find the install/setup file.
Question: Runtime Error 13 or 91 occurs with possible message "Object variable or With block variable not set" and then unable to install or run Design Suite.
Answer: These errors occur when you run our software that has been compiled using Adobe Distiller on a computer that does not have Adobe Distiller installed. Please note that Adobe Reader (free for download) is not the same as Adobe Distiller (part of full Adobe Acrobat software). If you have these errors, please download our latest Design Suite. This particular version is for users who have not installed Adobe Acrobat software on their computer.
