Q: How many thermostats can I have? ^
You can have as many thermostats as you have rooms. If you would like to, in some rooms you could even have two!

Q: Do I need a separate set back control? ^
No! Setback control is an option that is easily added to StatLink. This feature allows you to automatically set back rooms not in use.

Q: How do I control air conditioning? ^
You will need a separate thermostat to control the air conditioning system.

Q: How much does it cost? ^
StatLink controls are a standard feature when using HeatLink. The cost would be included in the total per square foot job cost.

Q: How reliable are the controls? ^
StatLink controls are solid state reliable and carry a factory one year warranty. As an upgrade, HeatLink offers up to ten year extended parts and labor protection.

Q: Can I have different temperature settings for each room? ^
Yes, every where you have a thermostat you can have a different temperature setting.

Q: What if something breaks? ^
StatLink controls are factory tested and are very easy to install and trouble shoot. Repair parts are available from any authorized HeatLink contractor's and distributor's within 24 hours.
